Shipping & Refund Policy

SHIPPING

Most of our orders are shipped 2-3 days from purchase pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of it’s ship date for domestic and US If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Due to Covid-19 and or other factors out of our control, postal services are operating at a slightly reduced capacity due to airline reductions. Please note that international shipments will arrive 2-3 days later than normal.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions in place worldwide. Customer service will notify you if this cancellation occurs.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

Atelier Patricia Rivera is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery.

Once your package has been confirmed as delivered, Atelier Patricia Rivera is not responsible for theft, damage or any mishandling by the carrier. If you choose to waive the signature, your package is only insured through transit, and the customer bears responsibility upon delivery.

All of our items are handmade and we carefully inspect each one before shipping. Once you receive your package, we advise to inspect the items. Report any issues within 48 hours. Errors or damages reported after this period will not be elegible exchange or store credit.

International shipping costs will be covered by the customer. Rates may vary from one shipping zone to another. Once you choose the carrier we will ship DELIVERY DUTY UNPAID(DDU) AND THE SELECTED CARRIER WILL BILL YOU TO PAY ALL IMPORT DUTIES, CUSTOMS AND LOCAL SALES TAXES LEVIED BY THE COUNTRY WHERE THE CUSTOMER RESIDES. Atelier Patricia Rivera is not responsible for any taxes and duties or customs charges.

Please note that international shipments will arrive 2-3 days later than normal. If you need to place an order for rush shipments please contact us. If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled - due to stock, payment or otherwise - we will contact you via email. Currently, all International orders are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. Atelier Patricia Rivera is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

 

REFUND

To start a return first contact us:  info@atelierpatriciarivera.com  IF YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED WE WILL EMAIL YOU THE ISTRUCCIONS ON HOW AND WHERE TO SEND YOUR PACKAGE. ITEMS SENT BACK WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

If the item doesn’t fit you, you may return the items for exchange for another size or store credit exclusively.  Exchanges have to be made within 7 days of receipt of purchased items. 

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be received within 14 days of exchange request. Any subsequent shipping charges regarding the same order will apply and will be at your expense. 

International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. Atelier Patricia Rivera is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in.

Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, unwashed, unaltered undamaged and with all Atelier Patricia Rivera designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your store credit to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete.

No price adjustments for prior purchases.

All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.
